An Overview of the Me

What we are has been explored to some degree in the Thought topic this area expands on these theories.

What we recognise as ourselves as opposed to what is not us is an essential line to draw as it underpins how we value (or do not value ourselves). It also determines how we interact, respond to and assert control over the 'Not me', those aspects that we do not regard as part of who we are.

It includes the following topics

The Core of Me What is smallest certain point of the self.

Humans are like Onions The layers and models of our internal realities.

Value Diversity Models How can we value ourselves and all others on an equal footing.

The Happiness Engine The fuel of life? How do we make it harvest it and refine it?

Hello is there anything else in here? What are the things we live with that are so near to us and yet not us.
