Invulnerability theory deals with the way to achieve invulnerability from the Not Me.
It discusses the way that Not Me can cause harm to the Me and ways to mitigate or become immune to that Harm. It links to the on of the overall Simplified Life Framework Positions Cloud Castle but extends it seeking to answer the question 'How can I be immune from Harm'.
Harm is the result of negative Resource Transactions between other Resource Nodes and the Me and Invulnerability Theory looks at five major ways of mitigating these.
- Fortification. (Defence)
- Counterforce. (Offense)
- Intangibility. (Interaction avoidance)
- Absorption. (Assimilating the harm and neutralising it)
- Reductionism. (Reducing the impact by for example reducing the importance of the target of the harm)
Each aspect as minimum, subjective, objective, delta and absolute parameters.
Several concepts flow from theses aspects including:-
- Cloud Castle Fortification and Intangibility absolute states.
- The Death Backstop Reductionism absolute state.
- The Soul Backstop also a reductionist absolute state and a possible counter to religions that include punishment after death as part of their doctrine.
