Thought Overview

Cogito, ergo sum; I think therefore I am

We have to start somewhere when exploring what we are and what kind if universe we live and Rene Descartes has given us a simple starting point.

The starting point that underpins our awareness that we are indeed something and are aware that we are aware that we are something.

It is always (in my experience) helpful if you equip yourself with the right tools for any job, there is no better tool I am aware of, then this one.
